Happy Holidays!

We just completed our last trip  of 2010 and won’t meet again until after the New Year.  As this year comes to a close, it’s fun to look back and see where we’ve been.  Skiing at Waterville Valley, Snowshoeing on Mt. Cardigan, Rock Climbing at Quincy Quarries, White Water Rafting on the Dead and Kennebec Rivers, Summer Camp at Yawgoog, National Jamboree, Hiking Mt. Greylock, Biking on Cape Cod and Backpacking to Muddy Pond.

We’ve got some exciting trips lined up as well for 2011 – Klondike Derby, our annual Ski Trip, a Snowshoe Trip to Carter Notch Hut, more Rock Climbing and an exciting Spring Kayak Trip are all in store through the rest of the year.

Our newest Scouts are making great progress and our older Scouts are sharpening their leadership skills.  I’m looking forward to seeing what next year brings and I hope you are too!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our Scouts and their families a very Happy Holiday and all the best for the New Year!

Yours in Scouting,

Mr. Jensen
