Info: S.O.A.R – Med Forms Needed!

Hello Scouts & Parents

Information from the Coordinators of S.O.A.R. is now trickling in…  I will be attending the Leader Meeting this Friday and should get a wrap up on all the details.  There are a lot of details as it takes a lot to get 5000+ overnight campers into an City Park (Christian Herter Park).  They are expecting in excess of 10,000 people to visit the event over the two days.   The Scouting village is turning into quite the number of events – check out the activities list.

Things you need to know now to be prepared!

All scouts are required to have a BSA medform  – Sections A & B for this event.    If you have your copy from Summer camp, that will due.  If not, please look into getting one quickly.    There will be several other release/waivers necessary for some of the water activities (Canoe, Kayaking, etc… ) and i will have those at next weeks meeting.
